At AOCTW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible retail items. If your order isn't quite right, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your exchange or refund is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AOCTW account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
